Experience
Gem Valley Appraisal Service principals are Idaho and Washington Certified General Appraisers with combined experience of 30+ years. Projects and publications include “Proximity Damages Study” in partnership with University of Idaho and Idaho Transportation Department. The study analyzed intrinsic damages to a residential property as a result of a road project through mathematical modeling. Principals are graduates of Idaho State University and University of Idaho with degrees that specialize in business finance and economics.
